Webloom Studio is a creative design studio specializing in Wix website design, branding, and visual design services.
Our goal is to help businesses and individuals build beautiful, functional, and easy-to-manage websites.

2. Services

We offer a range of digital design services, including:

Custom website design and development (Wix Studio)
Branding and logo creation
Figma-to-Wix conversions
Website training, support, and maintenance

All services are customized to each client’s needs, as outlined in the project proposal or quote provided before starting the work.

3. Quotes & Payments

Project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
A deposit (usually 50%) is required before the project begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion, before final delivery or website publication.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or Wix-approved payment methods.

Late payments may delay the delivery of services.

4. Revisions

We want you to love your design!
Each project includes a set number of revisions as stated in your proposal.
Additional revisions beyond that may incur extra charges at an agreed hourly rate.

5. Timelines

Estimated project timelines are provided at the start and depend on both parties meeting agreed deadlines.
Delays in feedback, payments, or content delivery may extend the project timeframe.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a project at any time.
However, the deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun.
If you cancel after partial completion, you’ll be billed for the work completed up to that point.
In the rare event Webloom Studio cancels a project, all unused fees will be refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

Until full payment is received, all designs, layouts, and creative materials remain the property of Webloom Studio.
After full payment, ownership of the final design is transferred to the client.
Webloom Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:
Accurate information, text, and images for the project
Timely feedback and approvals
Permissions for any third-party materials used
Webloom Studio is not liable for copyright issues arising from materials supplied by the client.

9. Website Hosting & Maintenance

All websites are built on the Wix platform, and hosting is managed directly through Wix.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own Wix subscriptions and domain renewals.
Ongoing maintenance, updates, or content changes can be provided upon request (fees may apply).

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, Webloom Studio cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website performance.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use your website or services.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

You may cancel a project at any time.
However, the deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun.

12. Changes to These Terms

Webloom Studio may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website, with the “Last updated” date at the top.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania (EU).
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Romania.
